Bookings & Availability
The hall and meeting rooms are available for hire for community use, for private functions, and commercial functions, with or without the kitchen. This can be on an hourly basis or for sessions lasting four hours. The premises are fully accessible throughout.

Hire Charges for community groups and residents
The main hall
Per one hour session: £15 during the week, and £17.50 at weekends
Per four hour session: £45 during the week, and £52.50 at weekends

The Main Hall
The hall is 11m x 10m and the capacity limit is 120 people seated and standing. There are 20 large tables, 10 small tables, and 120 chairs.
The Meeting Room
This room can seat 16 people around a set of large tables. These can be flexibly arranged to make more space if needed.
The Kitchen Facilities
The Kitchen is accessible via doors from the hall and the rear exit, including a serving hatch. It is well appointed, including an oven, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery and wine glasses for up to 120.
Three ladies and three gents WCs. One accessible WC. Plus a kitchenette cupboard with tea/coffee making facilities in the foyer.
Paving all round the hall for easy access, with a terraced area accessible from glazed doorway atrium into the main hall.
There are 17 designated vehicle spaces, free for users of the hall during sessions. Further parking is available behind the hall - donations of £1 for two hours, which goes to the PCC.
Hirers will be asked to agree and sign a conditions of hire contract, and provide confirmation of insurance, and if appropriate an event alcohol licence, or a performing rights licence.
Tables & Chairs: It is the responsibility of the hirer to set out any table and chairs needed, and to return them to the storeroom at the end of the session.
